Hello! My name is Marcos Moreno Cervantes, and I am a neuroscience major at the University of Nevada, Reno. Thanks to the generosity of the Mesquite Community Education Foundation, I have been able to concentrate on my education rather than needing to work. This has given me the time and freedom to apply for, gain acceptance, and focus on the Pack Research Experience Program and a first-generation one-on-one coaching program, TRIO STEM Scholars.
